What You’ll Do
Create an Exceptional Parent Experience
- Welcome families and students with a friendly, professional presence
- Answer phone calls, texts, and emails with care and clarity
- Support new families with scheduling and next steps
- Help ensure every family feels supported and valued
Manage Scheduling & Daily Operations
- Coordinate student schedules and attendance
- Help maintain balanced sessions for an optimal learning environment
- Support smooth check-in and check-out each day
Support Enrollment & Communication
- Follow up with families after inquiries and assessments
- Help guide families through the enrollment process
- Keep records organized and up to date
Handle Billing & Accounts
- Assist with tuition billing and payment processing
- Follow up on account updates when needed
- Help keep accounts accurate and organized
Maintain a Clean & Welcoming Center
- Ensure the center is clean, organized, and ready for students each day
- Maintain tidy instruction areas, front desk, and waiting spaces
- Help create a calm, focused, and inviting environment for learning
Manage Supplies & Materials
- Monitor and restock teaching materials, rewards, and office supplies
- Order supplies as needed to keep the center running smoothly
- Help ensure instructors always have what they need for sessions
Support the Team
- Work closely with the Center Director and instructional staff
- Help ensure each day runs smoothly behind the scenes
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, warm, and professional with strong customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
- Proactive and dependable
- Enjoys working with children and families
- Previous experience in customer service, education, or office management is a plus
Schedule
- Afternoon and evening availability required
- Some weekend availability may be needed

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center.
