Responsibility:
- Business Growth Management: Proactively engage with potential customers and the community to articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, thereby driving business revenue growth.
- Leadership of Instructors: Take charge of leading and motivating our passionate instructors. Ensure their thorough training in our education methodology and foster their dedication to delivering an outstanding learning experience for our students.
- Daily Operations Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations and offer administrative support, including tasks such as reviewing student assessments and diagnoses, responding to inquiries, and implementing office procedures and systems.
- Effective Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents to provide exceptional customer service. Cultivate and uphold a high level of confidence in the value of our program.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: A proven track record of strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated business acumen and operational knowledge. Previous customer relationship & sales experience preferred.
- Organizational Proficiency: Strong organizational skills with a reputation for reliability.
- Self-Motivated: A self-starter who is capable of independently prioritizing, planning, organizing, and executing tasks with initiative and efficiency.
- Positive Personal Traits: Possesses a friendly, outgoing, confident, flexible, and professional attitude. Trustworthy, passionate, excited, and energetic in approach.
- Math Proficiency: Excellent math skills, with a proficiency level in Algebra II. An assessment of math skills will be conducted during the interview process.
- Prior Experience: Prior leadership experience in a similar role within Mathnasium or an educational institution is required.
Compensation: $50,000-$75,000
Structured as a base salary with performance-driven bonuses directly linked to measurable business achievements.
