Sales Representative – Mathnasium Learning Center

Mathnasium is looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Representative to help enroll new families and guide parents through our proven math learning programs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, explaining value, and earning commission in a positive, education-focused environment.
Pay & Compensation

Base Pay: $16/hour
(Range: $15–$18/hour based on experience)

Commission: $75 per new student enrolled
(Paid after the student remains enrolled for 60 days)

Bonuses (Monthly):
- 10 enrollments: $250
- 15 enrollments: $500
- 20 enrollments: $1,000
- 10 enrollments: $250

No cap on commissions
Realistic Monthly Earnings (30 hours/week)

10 enrollments: ~$2,920/month (≈ $24/hour effective pay)

15 enrollments: ~$3,545/month (≈ $29/hour effective pay)

20 enrollments: ~$4,420/month (≈ $37/hour effective pay)
Top performers consistently earn well above their base hourly rate.
Schedule

Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM
-
Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- No late nights
- Some flexibility for school events or community outreach
Responsibilities
- Speak with parents and explain Mathnasium programs and pricing
- Follow up with phone, web, and walk-in leads
- Conduct enrollment consultations
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups
- Build trust and long-term relationships with families
- Work closely with center leadership and instructional staff

- Comfortable discussing pricing and closing enrollments
- Organized and follow-up driven
- Sales, customer service, or education experience preferred (not required)
- Positive attitude and professionalism
