The Role: Sales, Leadership & Operations
You are the "CEO" of your center. Your mission is to drive growth and ensure every student succeeds.
- Sales & Growth: Turn inquiries into enrollments. You’ll manage the sales pipeline, lead parent consultations, and hit performance targets.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a team of instructors. You’ll be responsible for scheduling, professional development, and maintaining a high-energy culture.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily center logistics, ensuring a safe, organized, and productive learning environment.
- Student Success: Identify student needs and design customized learning plans using the proven Mathnasium Method™.
- Community Advocacy: Build lasting partnerships with local schools and community organizations to keep Mathnasium top-of-mind.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center.
