What You’ll Do as an Assistant Center Director:

Support the Center Director in identifying student needs and developing customized learning plans
Assist with sales and enrollment, including responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
Provide exceptional customer service, building relationships with families and keeping them informed of student progress
Lead and mentor team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
Monitor and manage students’ learning progress and engagement during sessions

What We Look for in an Assistant Center Director:

✔ Previous customer service & sales experience preferred
✔ Passion for math and working with students
✔ Eagerness to learn and grow
✔ Ability to lead a team and balance multiple responsibilities
✔ Availability for 30-35 hours per week

Hiring Process:
As part of our selection process, all applicants must take a math literacy test to demonstrate proficiency.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center.
