Mathnasium seeks an enthusiastic and results-driven Outreach and Partnership Director to lead efforts in developing partnerships with schools, businesses, and community organizations in the Capital Region.
About the Role
As the Outreach and Partnership Director, you will focus on growing Mathnasium’s presence in the community by establishing partnerships that bring our proven math tutoring programs to local schools and organizations. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping customized programs, collaborating closely with the owner, and coordinating with our center directors to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to build partnerships with schools, businesses, and community centers.
- Deliver compelling presentations, make cold calls, and send emails to engage potential partners.
- Customize programs for each partner, working collaboratively with the owner.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partnerships, ensuring long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with center directors to execute tutoring services at partner locations or our centers.
- Manage outreach efforts using CRM tools and customized Mathnasium marketing materials.
- Travel throughout the Capital Region to meet with potential and existing partners (mileage reimbursed).
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required; business or school administration degrees are preferred.
- At least five years of B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for selling services to schools.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and build trust.
- Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about making a difference for children and families.
- Proficient in using CRM tools to track and manage outreach efforts.
Compensation
- Base salary plus commission based on revenue generated through partnerships.
- Mileage reimbursement for travel within the region.
Metrics for Success
- Number of partnerships established.
- Number of students enrolled through partnerships.
- Revenue generated from partnership programs.
Employment Type
- The role can be an Independent Contractor, Part-Time, or Full-Time.

Compensation: $60,000.00 per year
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
