We are seeking a passionate and experienced STEM Summer Program Director to lead our 2025 summer program at an Elementary Schoo in Seattle areal! As the Director, your primary responsibility will be to create a joyful and engaging STEM learning experience for students while ensuring the program runs smoothly over four weeks. We emphasize meaningful student engagement, social-emotional learning, and hands-on STEM projects that inspire curiosity and creativity. (Previous experience in a similar role is required.)
Position Details:
• Summer Program Duration: July 7 – August 1 (4 weeks)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Preparing Hours: 10~15 hours before June 30th

Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead a structured STEM curriculum for students in grades 1–4.
• Recruit, train, and manage the Summer Program instructor team, overseeing daily assignments, team meetings, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee 10 classes with approximately 150 students, ensuring smooth program execution.
• Maintain effective communication with school coordinators and team members.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is required.
• Strong team management and coordination skills.
• Ability to present STEM projects in an engaging, hands-on manner.
• Experience in elementary-level STEAM education.
• Patient, reliable, and passionate about empowering young learners.

Compensation: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
