About the Role:
As the Math Learning Center Manager at Mathnasium in Charlotte, NC, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to transforming the way students understand and enjoy math. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Math Learning Center to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Manage and mentor a team of instructors, providing guidance and professional development.
- Develop and implement engaging math programs tailored to students’ needs.
- Foster relationships with parents and students to maintain open communication about progress.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student performance and track improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Mathnasium standards and policies for quality education.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and budgetary responsibilities for the center.
- Promote the center through community outreach and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of math concepts and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents.
- Ability to create a motivating and supportive learning environment.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and software.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Flexible schedule, including evening and weekend availability as needed.
About Us:

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
