Role Overview:
As a Mathnasium Instructor, you will mentor students across various grade levels, including middle and high school, helping them deepen their understanding of mathematical concepts from algebra through calculus. You’ll work in a dynamic group setting, making math fun and inspiring.

What We're Looking For:
- Math Proficiency: Strong foundation in mathematics, preferably through Calculus.
- Engaging Educators: Passionate about teaching and capable of motivating students with varying abilities.
- Adaptable Learners: Eager to adopt and apply the unique teaching strategies of Mathnasium.
- Background: Ideal candidates are college students or graduates in Mathematics, Education, Engineering, or related fields.
Working Hours and Compensation:
- Flexible Scheduling: This part-time role offers flexible hours to fit your lifestyle.
- Center Hours: Monday to Thursday: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (summer hours vary slightly)
- Competitive Pay: We offer a competitive hourly wage commensurate with your experience and qualifications.

Compensation: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center.
