Key Responsibilities
- Assist with student assessments and individualized learning plans
- Support enrollment and sales by responding to leads and enrolling students
- Build relationships with families and provide regular progress updates
- Lead and coach instructors during sessions
- Ensure students stay engaged and progressing
- Teach/tutor students in-center or online using the Mathnasium Method™
- Help maintain a positive and safe learning environment
- Assist with center operations and administrative tasks
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 2:30 PM–7:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:45 AM–1:30 PM
- Fridays and Sundays: Off
- Total: 25 hours per week
Requirements
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Comfortable with:
- Sales and parent conversations
- Leading and mentoring a team
- Managing both educational and business responsibilities
- Sales and parent conversations
- Strong math skills through at least Algebra I
- Proficiency with computers and digital tools
- Willingness to learn and use the Mathnasium Method™
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
- Must complete a math literacy assessment

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
