What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Center Director to assess student needs, develop personalized learning plans, and monitor academic progress
- Support enrollment growth by responding to leads, assisting consultations, and providing outstanding customer service to families
- Lead, coach, and mentor instructors to maintain high instructional quality and a collaborative, team-focused culture
- Teach and tutor students using the Mathnasium Method™ (in-person and/or online) and master digital learning tools
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional learning environment while supporting daily operations and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for math and inspiring kids, with strong math skills through at least Algebra I
- Excellent communicator who builds rapport with students and families; customer service or sales experience is a plus
- Team player who cultivates teamwork and thrives balancing diverse responsibilities
- Eager to learn, be coached, and grow within the Mathnasium method
- Organized, tech-comfortable, and brings a positive, high-energy attitude every day

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
